SmartReach AIfor Infros
How Infros is reaching the US market today, and how we would find the right decision makers, get the hook right and put meetings on your sales team’s calendar.
You’re expanding into the US, and outreach isn’t booking calls yet.
Where Infros is
- Israel-based startup, around a year and a half to two years old
- Expanding into the US market, with you as GM North America
- One signed Fortune 500 contract, with others in the funnel
- One SDR running outreach: “she’s only one person”
“We only care about selling.”
“We know that outreach is kind of broken right now.”
Our own technology, the right hook, and a team that books the calls.
Find the decision makers
- SmartReach AI finds prospective buyers from behavioral signals, such as attending an event or following your competitor on LinkedIn.
- It finds the individual decision makers, not just the companies.
Craft the hook
- Our data from companies in your space recommends the subject line, hook, call to action, length and tone.
- Then we keep testing and learning.
Run it on our platform
- Your already-warmed domains move onto our platform, which is built for outbound.
- Typically about 4,000 a month, with open tracking off.
Book the calls
- Our team books the calls, confirms them and reschedules any no-shows.
- Your sales team takes the calls.
Improve every two weeks
- Every other week you speak to your CSM about how the calls went.
- Our data team uses that to find more people like the best ones.
Signals, personalised messages, and an engine that learns.
SmartSignal
Identifies the companies and decision-makers who have a reason to engage now. A contact list tells you who someone is. Signals tell you why now.
Hyper-personalised messaging
Changes the reason for writing, not just the name and company. Each message is built from live research into what is happening at that company or with that person right now.
[First name], I noticed you follow a few cloud infrastructure companies on LinkedIn, so I thought this might be relevant.
[First name], I saw you’re heading to [conference]. Would it be worth meeting while you’re there?
[First name], your recent post on [topic] stood out, especially the point about [detail].
[First name], I saw [Company] is hiring for [role]. Is cloud infrastructure part of that plan?
Hi [First name], I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out to introduce…
Learning engine
As campaigns run, the system automatically sees who is responding better, for example a VP Sales versus the CEO at the same company, and optimises.
- Reply data feeds back in, so winners compound and weak angles get retired.
- It applies patterns learned from real outbound: hook type, tone, length, subject structure and CTA friction.
- That’s why campaigns run on our infrastructure.
We find the individual decision makers, not just the companies.
Behavioral signals we look at
Examples from our call. Click a signal.
People attending a specific event are a strong signal. You already go to conferences; on our call we talked about focusing on the November 30 one.
We can see who is following any of your main competitors on LinkedIn.
Who follows an influencer in your space. “That’s also a really good one.”
People who posted something related on LinkedIn or Twitter.
Signals can be company-level too. For another client, who helps companies with fundraising, a strong signal was companies targeting enterprise clients whose revenue and headcount hadn’t grown much.
How we lock the target with you
- Onboarding deep dive into your company, your tech and your ICP. We come prepared with the signals our data says work best.
- Our data shows the low-hanging fruit: which industries and titles within your ICP are most likely to engage, and with what.
- You review our first list and send your blacklist of companies we shouldn’t contact.
- We keep finding and verifying new leads every month at the rate we send.
The hook is the holy grail: an offer your decision maker can’t refuse.

More volume, on healthy infrastructure, measured by replies.
We move your already-warmed domains onto our platform, check their health score, and warm up more domains for you.
The open tracker itself can trigger spam. We keep opens off and focus on reply and positive reply rates.
Built for outbound, with a learning engine that optimizes as campaigns run, and real-time reporting you can log into any time.
Every other week, we learn from your calls and find more like the best ones.
The booked calls happen with your sales team. Every one of them is feedback.
You speak to your CSM: How did this call go? Was it a good call? Why? Was it the right decision maker? The right industry?
We send that feedback back to our data team to find more people like the best calls.
As campaigns run, the system sees which titles respond better to which messages, and optimizes automatically.
What our analysis shows you
We fill the calendar. Your sales team takes the calls.
Our team books the meeting onto the calendar of whoever is taking calls.
We confirm each booked call.
If someone doesn’t show, we reschedule them.
The call goes straight to your sales team.
My recommendation
Based on my experience, put the booked calls with your sales executives from the first call, rather than with your SDR.
What we need from you
- The names and calendars of whoever is taking the calls
- We don’t take the calls ourselves. I have a partner if you ever want that.
We’ve worked with lots of companies in your space.
Two I named on our call:
“One of our biggest strategic advantages is that… we’ve worked with DoiT International, with lots of companies that are in your space.”
What that work gives you
A lot of data on what works in your space. We plug in your domain and ICP, and it gives recommendations on each area, based on what we’ve done in the past:
One monthly price. Three months to prove it, then 30 days’ notice.
That includes everything:
- Finding and verifying leads every month
- Messaging, hooks and strategy, for your approval
- Sending from our platform, typically about 4,000 a month
- Warming up more domains for you
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling no-shows
- CSM review every other week, analysis and real-time reporting
The term
We typically say it takes three months, so the first three months are the minimum commitment.
After the first three months, it’s just a 30-day notice to stop.
“We don’t want to lock you in. We want this to work for you long term.”
Two start dates we discussed. Pick one to see the timeline.
November 20. You suggested it after we talked about the November 30 conference. To book meetings for that conference, outreach would ideally start at the beginning of November, with emails going out by about November 15. The sooner, the better.
December 10. November is very busy for you, with two conferences and possibly a third, so you’d have little time to guide us. Starting after re:Invent gives you that time, and we can always start earlier.
Your decision. You said you’d check and get back to me.
Before the first send
Let’s pick your start date and get the first list in front of you.
Once you give the green light, I’ll send the engagement letter and we’ll schedule the onboarding call.
